The R&D Center uses Cetim Cobra software. Nord-Lock Group turned to Nesys Engineering, a Siemens PLM Software solution partner, to support it in its approach.

Cobra Software Group ® Cobra Software Group, LLC (CSG) was organized after more than twenty years of experience in developing software for the institutional banking. Software and support for all programs developed by Cobra is handled from within this company. We do not sub-contract technical assistance from 3rd party vendors.

CSG is run by Chuck Swanson III. Swanson is assisted by a Project Manager who operates the day to day projects in Cobra.

The staff consists of DBA’s, programmers, software testers and technical writers who develop all the manuals for CSG. Since our software is installed and utilized by companies throughout the U.S., we also have software technicians throughout the country that service our product in client locations.
