4 - you have to run 'patch' and 'Ansoftfix.exe' as 'Administrator' only.namely right click on them and set 'Run as Administrator'. You have to first run patch and next run Ansoftfix.exe. 5- if again your installation doesn't work,you have to choice a path instead of 'windows hard disk drive'.for example you have to install your HFSS in 'D' drive instead 'C' drive.

Sure that your HFSS will work.
